Title says it all. Just upgraded my network card but I have to reset the adapter after every boot in order to connect to a wireless network. Some Googling revealed it is a driver issue. I disabled automatic driver updates and it didn't help. Note this only occurs on a cold boot, the adapter works fine when I boot windows from a restart.

Device: Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG WiFi adapter. Issue: The Windows 10 built-in (or Windows update deliveder) driver for the Intel WLAN-adapter is not functioning. Wireless adapter is visible, but it can't make any connections, neither to 2.4GHz frequencies nor 5GHz. Solution: Old Intel WiFi driver version 11.5.1.8 works fine in Windows 10. Since the IntelĀ® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection is not supported by Microsoft Windows. 10, we would not expect it to work properly. Intel does not provide drivers for this configuration, and we are not aware of possible workarounds.
